Return:

Our return window is 7 days from the moment you receive your order. We believe this gives you enough time to inspect your items and decide if they meet your expectations. If you find that something isn’t quite right, don’t worry! We’re here to help.

Parcel lost:

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost in transit, we’ve got your back. You can choose between receiving a replacement or a full refund, whichever works best for you. We know how disappointing it can be to wait for something special, only for it to go missing, so we aim to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Item arrives damaged:

If your item arrives damaged, we want to make it right. You can return the damaged item to us, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Alternatively, if the damage is minor and we agree, we can offer a partial refund to help cover any repairs you might need to make. Our goal is to ensure that you’re satisfied with your purchase, and we’re committed to finding a solution that works for you.
